Sign in with your school email address to order awards for your school.

Use your school’s main email address, which ends in @tvdsb.ca

First time signing in?

1. Enter your school’s email address in the Account Sign In field. There is only one account per school (for example, Rockstar P.S. uses rockstar@tvdsb.ca).
2. Click Activate. You don’t need to enter a password yet.
3. Check that email inbox for an activation email.
4. Click the link in the email to activate your school’s account.
5. Set your password, then sign in.

Things to know before you order

Editing your order

• Orders placed on our website stay on your account and can be edited until we process them, usually within 1 to 2 days.
• After that, email us right away or reply to your Order Approval email.
• Review everything on your order approval, including quantities, ship method, ship date and the “In Hands By” date.

When production starts

• Production begins once we receive the purchase order from the TVDSB board.
• After that, we pull materials, create proofs and start production.
• If payment doesn’t need to go through the TVDSB board, please contact us and let us know.

Sending names for awards

• Send names in a file we can copy and paste from, such as Excel, Word or a PDF, or put them in the body of an email.
• Photos or scans take longer to process and make misspellings more likely.

Changing a purchase order

• We can only request updates to quantities or pricing.
• For new items, we need a new purchase order from the TVDSB board.

Submitting inscription names

• Don’t wait until you have every name. Submit your order to us and the TVDSB board as soon as possible.
• You can email us the list of names up to 2 weeks before the event, but the sooner we receive your order, the sooner we can start.
